They showed up on time, which is honestly a big deal for me. The technician knew his stuff and quickly figured out what was wrong with my thermostat. He was friendly, explained things in a way I could actually understand, and didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciated. The whole process was pretty smooth, and I didn't feel left in the dark at any point. It's like I got my thermostat fixed without any hassle. Termostat Repair was taken care of in no time, and the pricing was fair too. I'll probably call them again if something else breaks down.
